Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and CODE4 Resources, LLC ("CODE4 Resources," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of this website and the referral service we provide through it. Please read them before using the site or submitting a request.

1. Accepting these terms

By using this website or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use this site. The service is offered in the United States and is intended for use there.

3. What CODE4 Resources does — and does not do

CODE4 Resources is a referral service. We maintain a network of vetted real estate brokerages, mortgage lenders, automobile dealerships, and recreational retailers. When you submit a request, we pass it to a dedicated representative at the business best matched to it, and that representative contacts you directly.

That is the whole of what we do. Specifically, CODE4 Resources:

• is not a real estate brokerage or agent, and does not list, sell, or lease property
• is not a mortgage lender, mortgage broker, or loan originator
• is not an automobile or recreational vehicle dealer
• is not an insurance producer, financial advisor, tax advisor, or attorney
• does not provide legal, tax, financial, appraisal, or investment advice
• does not negotiate, sign, guarantee, or take part in any transaction between you and a vendor

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy anything, and nothing here should be relied on as professional advice. Do your own due diligence before you sign anything.

4. About the vendors in our network

We select the businesses in our network based on relationships built over many years, and we ask each owner to assign one dedicated point of contact for CODE4 callers. That is a recommendation based on our own experience — it is not a warranty. We do not guarantee any vendor's work, pricing, availability, licensing, inventory, financing terms, timelines, or conduct, and we do not guarantee that you will save money or receive any particular offer.

Every vendor is an independent business. They are not our employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers, and we are not responsible or liable for what they do or fail to do. Any agreement you reach with a vendor is solely between you and that vendor, on their terms, under their own contracts and policies.

Compensation disclosure. CODE4 Resources may receive compensation, a referral fee, or other consideration from vendors in our network in connection with referrals. You are never charged a fee by CODE4 Resources for using this service. You are free to work with any business you like, whether or not it is in our network.

5. Your request, and your information

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. Please keep sensitive financial details — Social Security numbers, account numbers, and the like — out of the form; if a lender or dealer needs them, they will collect them directly from you.

By submitting a request you are asking us to share your contact details with a vendor in our network so they can reach you, and you agree that we and that vendor may contact you by phone, text message, and email about your request. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full, including how to opt out.

6. Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, threaten, or defraud anyone
• Send spam, chain messages, or unsolicited commercial content through our forms
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the site
• Upload malware or anything designed to disrupt or damage the site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
• Copy, reproduce, or resell any part of the service without our written permission

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms, at our discretion and without notice.

7. Intellectual property

The CODE4 Resources name, logo, site design, text, graphics, and other content are owned by CODE4 Resources, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use — copying, republishing, modifying, distributing, or using our name or logo — requires our prior written permission.

8. Third-party websites and content

This site links to and embeds content from services we do not control, including our form provider, our Instagram page, video platforms, and vendor websites. We provide those links for convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices, and your use of those services is governed by their terms, not ours.

9. Availability of the site

We try to keep the site up and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or current. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or the service at any time without notice.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and the referral service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the site will be secure or error-free. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CODE4 Resources, LLC and its owners, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost savings, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this site, the referral service, or any dealing with a vendor in our network — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the site or the service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some states do not allow these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CODE4 Resources, LLC and its owners, members, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13. Governing law and where disputes are heard

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and CODE4 Resources agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect and the unenforceable provision is modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

15. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and CODE4 Resources regarding the site and the referral service, and they replace any earlier agreement on that subject.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
