CODE4 Resources, LLC ("CODE4 Resources," "we," "us," or "our") connects law enforcement officers, firefighters, and those who support them with vetted real estate, automotive, and recreational vendors. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website or submit a request, how we use it, and who we share it with.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out the request form on our site, we collect the information you enter, which may include:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address and phone number
• Your agency or department, if you choose to tell us
• Which category you are interested in (real estate, automobiles, or recreational)
• The contents of your message, and anything else you volunteer in it
• Whether you opted in to news and updates

If you call or text the phone number listed on our site, we also receive your phone number and whatever you tell us during that conversation.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours and the services we use may automatically collect technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you viewed, the site you came from, and the date and time of your visit. Information we do not ask for

Our form does not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, financial account numbers, or credit information. Please do not include sensitive information of that kind in the message field. If a lender, dealership, or brokerage in our network needs that information, they will collect it from you directly, under their own privacy policy.

• Route your request to the right vendor representative in our network
• Contact you by phone, text, or email about your request
• Answer your questions and follow up on the service you received
• Send news and updates, if you asked for them
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website
• Keep records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations

4. How we share your information

With vendor partners — this is the point of the service

When you submit a request, we share your contact details and the substance of your request with a vendor in our network — a real estate brokerage, mortgage lender, automobile dealership, or recreational retailer — so that their dedicated representative can contact you. Once your information reaches that vendor, their own privacy policy governs what they do with it, and we do not control their practices. If you would rather not be passed along, do not submit the form; call us instead and tell us what you would like.

With service providers

We use third-party companies to run the business — form and CRM software, website hosting, email delivery, and analytics among them. Our request form is hosted and processed by a third-party form and CRM provider. These providers may process your information on our behalf and are expected to use it only to provide services to us.

For legal and safety reasons

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to comply with a law, subpoena, or court order; to enforce our Terms of Service; to protect the rights, property, or safety of CODE4 Resources, our users, or others; or to detect and address fraud or security issues.

In a business transfer

If CODE4 Resources is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, list brokers, or advertisers, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

By submitting the form or giving us your phone number, you agree that we and the vendor representative matched to your request may contact you at that number — including by phone call and text message — about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of using our service or of any purchase.

You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to any text message, click unsubscribe in any marketing email, or contact us using the details below and ask to be removed. Even after you opt out of marketing, we may still need to contact you about a request you already made.

6. Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We and our providers use them to keep the site working, to remember your preferences, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; if you do, parts of the site may not work as intended.

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry standard for responding to those signals, and our site does not currently respond to them.

7. How long we keep it

We keep the information you submit for as long as we need it to provide the service and to keep reasonable business records — and longer where a law, a dispute, or an ongoing obligation requires it. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it non-identifying.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. That said, no method of transmitting or storing information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive financial information through our website form.

9. Your choices and your rights

Whoever and wherever you are, you may:

• Ask us to correct information that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to our legal and record-keeping obligations
• Opt out of marketing calls, texts, and emails

We do not sell personal information for money. As described in Section 4, we do disclose your contact details to a vendor partner in order to fulfil the request you made to us. 10. Children

Our website and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Other websites

Our site links to sites we do not run, including our Instagram page and the websites of vendors in our network. This policy does not cover those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Read their policies before giving them your information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will make a reasonable effort to let you know. Using the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
